Jeetendra
1942–
Ravi Kapoor supplied imitation jewellery to film sets before a screen test for V. Shantaram, and spent the 1960s and 1970s in white shoes as the Jumping Jack - a dancer in an era when male leads mostly did not dance.
He is in four films on this site from this wave alone. In the 1980s he worked at a volume nobody matched, often in South Indian remakes shot back to back. His children Ekta and Tusshar Kapoor run Balaji Telefilms, which reshaped Indian television.
