Mac Mohan

Indian actor (1938-2010)

Mohan Makijany, who acted as Mac Mohan, spent a career as the henchman - the man standing behind the man - in something close to two hundred films, Zanjeer, Don, Shaan and Karz among them.

In Sholay he sits on a rock above Gabbar and has, by most counts, a single line. It is one of the most quoted lines in Indian cinema, and for the rest of his life he was Sambha to everyone who met him - a fate he seems to have found funnier than most actors would.
