Pravin Bhatt
Pravin Bhatt has photographed Hindi films since the early 1970s and is one of the cinematographers who made the look of the period's commercial cinema - high contrast, saturated, and a great deal more carefully lit than it is usually given credit for.
Ankur, Kaalia, Khud-Daar, Arth, Saaransh, Raaz. He won the Filmfare award for cinematography twice and later directed a few films himself. His father Vijay Bhatt was a director and his son Vikram is one.
