Prithvi Soni painted Damini (1993)'s titles. The film's opening credits run not over footage but over a sequence of painted portraits of Meenakshi Seshadri - weeping, screaming, in court, in the rain - and the card reads TITLE PAINTINGS: PRITHVI SONI. It is an unusual credit to find on a 1990s Hindi film and it is why the credit sequence is worth watching rather than skipping.
