Rafique Ghaznavi
Composer, singer and actor (1907-1974)
Rafique Ghaznavi scored this film. He was one of the people the early industry used in three trades at once - Wikidata records him as actor, composer and singer - and he worked on both sides of the 1947 border, moving to Pakistan afterwards. The songs here are credited on the print to a single lyricist, Maherul Qadri, though the encyclopaedia names two others for individual numbers.
