Sachin Bhowmick

1930–2011

Sachin Bhowmick wrote around a hundred and thirty Hindi films across fifty years, which is a career spent almost entirely uncredited in the public mind - Aradhana, Anuraag, Karz, Mr. India, Koyla, Krrish.

He began as a Bengali short-story writer and never fully left it. Rakesh Roshan used him for almost everything he directed.
