Sadhana Shivdasani took her name from the actress Sadhana Bose and her fringe from Audrey Hepburn - the Sadhana cut, which half the young women in India wore for a decade. She was the leading woman of the mystery thriller: Woh Kaun Thi?, Mera Saaya, Anita.

Waqt, where she is one of the four separated siblings' world, is from the same run. Thyroid illness interrupted her career in the late 1960s. She was the niece of Hari Shivdasani, who also has a page here.
