Tina Ambani

1957–

Tina Munim was Miss India at sixteen and in Dev Anand's Des Pardes at nineteen. She worked through the late 1970s and 1980s - Karz, Yeh Vaada Raha, Baaton Baaton Mein, Pukar - and was one of the few actresses of the period to leave entirely at the top.

She stopped in 1986, studied in the United States, and married Anil Ambani. She has run hospitals and an art foundation since, and has not returned to films.
