Boss 104.3 is KIJI-FM, broadcasting from the La Casa de Colina building in Tumon, Guam, and owned by Choice Broadcasting alongside sister stations KNUT and KUSG. It signed on in 2005 with programming aimed at Japanese visitors, passed through dance oldies and classic rock, and settled in 2021 into the classic hits and adult contemporary format it runs today, which it sums up as Guam's only station for classic hits. Daryl Lizama handles mornings and Albert Juan afternoons, and the station leans hard into island life with a concert calendar, event photo galleries, its Boss Buzz community round-up and an online music request system. A translator on 93.3 in Agat extends the signal, and the HD3 subchannel carries the news and talk output of KUSG.
