Description
987FM is Mediacorp's English-language pop station in Singapore, on 98.7 FM. It runs a contemporary hit radio format, so the playlist is current chart pop with familiar older hits folded in. It has been on air since 1 January 1989, when it launched as Perfect 10 98.7 FM, and has always aimed squarely at a young audience. The signal carries well beyond Singapore, into Johor Bahru in Malaysia and Batam in Indonesia.
