Description
Bahamian or Nuttin is a Nassau station on 92.5 FM that plays Bahamian music and nothing else. Rake and scrape and Junkanoo sit at the centre of it, alongside other work by Bahamian artists, and the station bills itself as the only one that can guarantee one hundred percent Bahamian music. Eric D. Ward and Drew Roberts started it in 2014 as a web stream after seeing a gap in what local radio was playing, then picked up an FM licence within months. Listeners vote each hour on what gets played next, and DJ Rev handles the Bahamian mix shows at weekends.
