Description
Easy 97.2 is an Athens station built entirely around the biggest hits of all time, played without the hard edges. It broadcasts from the Antenna Group studios in Marousi, and the playlist moves freely between Ben E. King, ABBA and Queen and current soft pop from the likes of Teddy Swims, with Greek presenters and short news breaks rather than long talk segments. The station began in 1988 as Antenna FM and switched to this international easy-listening format in 2012. Every November and December it turns over almost entirely to Christmas music, which has become its best known annual habit.
