Description
Hitradio Namibia is Namibia's first and only privately owned German-language commercial station, on air since 1 August 2012 and broadcasting from Windhoek on 99.5 FM, with 97.5 on the central coast and at Luederitz, 90.0 at Otjiwarongo and 90.4 at Tsumeb and Grootfontein. It runs an adult-contemporary format of pop hits and news entirely in German, describing itself as the German station for the whole of Namibia.
