Description
HOTT 95.3 is the youth station of Barbados' Starcom Network, launched on 1 December 1997 and run from the network's headquarters on River Road in Bridgetown. It broadcasts in English around the clock on 95.3 MHz and aims squarely at the 15 to 35 age group, with fast moving young presenters and DJs mixing across the urban spectrum. The playlist runs through dancehall and reggae, soca, hip hop, rhythm and blues and dance, and even the news is cut into short packages written for a listener who does not want a long bulletin. Sister stations on the same network include Voice of Barbados on 92.9, Life 97.5 and The Beat 104.1.

The operator's portal carries a "Station Numbers" block that lists each station separately, and two telephone numbers are printed under the heading "Hott 95.3FM", distinct from the numbers listed under VOB 92.9, The Beat 104.1 and Life 97.5, so the route does belong to HOTT and not to a sister station; the same page gives Starcom Network's River Road address, business hours and a front-desk number. Starcom is indeed the real operator as the brief says. Provenance: the live site returns HTTP 403 with cf-mitigated: challenge on the station page and on the bare host, and the operator's browser stayed stuck in the Cloudflare interstitial, so I read a Wayback Machine snapshot of 5 February 2026 rather than attempt the challenge.
