Description
Kalika FM broadcasts from Bharatpur in Chitwan, down in Nepal's central lowlands, and shares a home online with the Kalika News portal, so the radio and the newsroom sit on the same page. The day is paced by news: short bulletins and headline round ups from before dawn through to the evening, threaded between talk and music. Namastya Kalika opens the morning, Hamro Serofero looks at what is happening close to home, and later on there is a music quiz and an hour of film songs. In the evening Ajaka Kura picks over the day's talking points. A live player sits fixed to the foot of the page with an up next line, so you can see which bulletin or programme is coming before you press play.

The site is a React app that renders nothing to curl, and every unknown path returns one byte-identical shell, so I read it in the operator's browser after confirming that /contact is a real client-side route rather than the shell.

Material that would have made this page fuller, and was refused. A page with five named presenters looks better than a page with none even when the five are a website theme's demonstration content, and the difference is invisible to a reader. So it is recorded here instead.

| The "FOR ADVERTISEMENT" Gmail address and mobile on the same page | that is the marketing route, not the listener route; also the station's social accounts, because although the underlying Facebook, Twitter and YouTube handles are Kalika FM's own, the hrefs as published on the live contact page are wrapped in web.archive.org prefixes from a May 2025 snapshot, so the links as they stand are broken and would be a guess if I unwrapped them. The landlines, mobiles, fax, mailbox and both street addresses are publishable by type only.
