How we checked NIA Radio Lo-Fi
Everything published about this station was read from the station's own website or its own stream, and every fact below names the page it came from and the year it was read. Nothing needed correcting. We also found 2 things we could have published and decided not to.

Description
NIA Radio Lo-Fi is the quiet channel of NIA, the electronic music station in Nouméa, and it carries a single line of instruction to the listener: listen, work, relax. It runs lo-fi hip hop and chillout without a break, without presenters and without idents, so it works as background for concentrating or winding down. The tracks come out of the instrumental beat-making scene rather than off any chart. Its sibling channel on the same service is far more club-facing.

Contact route
no contact page exists on this site and no email, telephone or message form appears anywhere on it; its WordPress REST API lists all four pages the site has (home, blog, beta, help) and none is a contact page, while the help page is a purely technical FAQ about home-screen icons and audio codecs; the one listener route is a site-wide "Suivez-nous" widget, present in the footer of the homepage and of the help page, linking the station's own Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts; this route is the operator's and is shared across its channels

Where
New Caledonia, on nia.nc, a site built by a Noumea web agency; the station calls itself "underground electronic radio" and every listening route it documents is a browser stream, its own help page reading "No apps to install, just open nia.nc in your favorite browser and add it to your homescreen" alongside an AAC+ 128 kbps stream and Google Cast, and its player bundle announces "On a egalement ajoute une nouvelle station NIA LOFI", which is this title; no frequency appears anywhere

What we corrected
Nothing. This station's entry matched what its own site says, which is worth recording: a clean check is a result, not an absence of one.
What we found and did not publish
Material that would have made this page fuller, and was refused. A page with five named presenters looks better than a page with none even when the five are a website theme's demonstration content, and the difference is invisible to a reader. So it is recorded here instead.
| What we could have said | Why we did not |
|---|---|
| a per-show action button in the schedule app's Vue template that can be configured as an email link | it is an unrendered template belonging to a generic weekly-class schedule plugin and I could not confirm any show has it populated, so I cannot present it as a live route
source |
| a literal internet-only sentence | the site never uses those words, although its four pages (home, blog, help, beta) document nothing but web listening

If you think something here is wrong
Tell us which fact and what you found instead. Everything above names its source and its date, so a disagreement can be settled by looking rather than argued. Where another site disagrees with us, it is usually because it is repeating a radio directory, and occasionally because we got it wrong. We would like to know which.
Read from the station's own material; this page is generated from the
catalogue as it stands now, so it changes when the research does. Research
current as at 2026.
