It goes out 24 hours a day on 106.6 MHz and takes the local remit seriously: the one o'clock news programme Krka ob enih works through drought in the Bela krajina vineyards, road closures, a health centre row and council planning, one story after another. Around the news sits a warm run of Slovenian pop, with singers dropping into the studio to introduce new songs on air. Mornings are Jutro na Krki, and there is a good spread of features with a strong local flavour, from Krkina galerija and Zgodbe med Krko in Kolpo to the green affairs strand Krkin zeleni tok.
