Radio Zoukla is the radio half of Télé Zoukla, a Martinican operation run from Saint-Joseph under the banner Zouk' la toujou pli bel. It promises the best of zouk, compas and the news, and it keeps a presenter-led day rather than a playlist loop. Mornings belong to Le morning, which runs every day of the week from 5h to 9h French time, and weekday evenings to Génération Zoukla from 18h to 21h. On Sunday at midday Antilles time it hands over to Kité kompa maché, which goes out live on the radio and the television at the same moment. The people behind it describe themselves as show business people out to give Antillean music back its noble standing, and there is a separate Zoukla Retro stream for the older records.
