How we checked Радиус FM
Everything published about this station was read from the station's own website or its own stream, and every fact below names the page it came from and the year it was read. We changed 1 thing about this entry. We also found 5 things we could have published and decided not to.

Description
The station writes its own name as Радиус FM and heads itself «Радиус FM — Волна топовой музыки!». Its own About page says it has been on air since 2003 in a contemporary Hot AC format carrying the top hits of foreign and Belarusian performers together with the most current world releases, that its audience is active, purposeful people aged 25 to 45, and that more than 250,000 people tune in each week. It describes itself as the largest network among contemporary music stations in Belarus, with 34 transmitters, technical coverage of 99.48 per cent of the population, more than 100 towns, and an RDS network that retunes a listener's receiver automatically as they drive across the country.

Contact route
An advertising section, a listener voting mechanism on the Top Chart page that decides what stays in rotation, and its own Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok and VKontakte accounts, which the station says carry a community of more than 100,000 subscribers. Its news page also publishes an RSS feed. I did not find a contact page, a studio telephone number, a WhatsApp link or a request line on the pages I could load.

Era
Not a period format. The station's own framing is current hits and the most recent world releases, with the chart built from this week's tracks.

Music
Hot AC, in the station's own words, meaning current international and Belarusian pop hits with hourly news and weather, plus a small set of speech strands.

Language
Russian. Every page, every show title, every presenter biography and the whole About text are in Russian. On the question of whether Belarusian features alongside it: I checked the site's own pages, its show list, its presenter pages and its live playlist and found no Belarusian-language content and no Belarusian-language strand. What the station does say is that it plays Belarusian performers, which is a statement about where artists come from and not about language, and the Belarusian artists on its own playlist today were singing in Russian.

Kind
Live and presented, with named presenters on published clock shifts covering 07:00 to 20:00, hourly news read by a separate seven-strong news team, and a weekly chart decided by listener voting on the station's own site.

Worth knowing
The station is openly candid about one of its own presenter biographies, which ends by saying that Вася promises to write about himself and that in the meantime they are leaving the description their neural network produced, so the station labels its own AI-written copy rather than passing it off.

Where
Belarus, broadcasting nationally across more than 100 towns from a 34-transmitter network. The station publishes a national footprint rather than a single dial position on the page I read.

Programmes
From its own «Наш эфирный день» with the times it publishes: «Пробудители» 07:00-10:00; «Отличный день» 10:00-14:00; «АвтоДрайв» 17:00-20:00, ending at 19:00 on Fridays; «Top Chart Radius FM» Friday 15:00, Saturday 12:00 and Sunday 16:00; «В движении» on Friday evenings; fresh news and a weather forecast every hour. Its speech strands are «ВсеЛенские истории», «Технодзен», «Шоу с толком» and «Тут есть». Its programmes index additionally lists «Потому что пятница!» and «Рули легко».

What we corrected
Each of these changed a field in our own entry. The reasoning is the researcher's own, recorded when the change was made.
| Field | Change | Why |
|---|---|---|
| title | РадиусFM → Радиус FM | The station spells its own name with a space everywhere on its own site. Its About page at https://radiusfm.by/about/ is titled 'O radiostantsii Radius FM' and heads itself 'Radius FM, Volna topovoy muzyki!'; the same page refers to itself as 'Radius FM' in every sentence of its network description; its presenters page is headed 'Vedushchie i didzhei Radius FM'; its weekly chart is titled 'Top Chart Radius FM'; and its playlist page is headed 'Chto igralo v efire Radius FM'. I found no instance of the closed-up form 'RadiusFM' anywhere on the station's own pages. This is a spelling correction only and does not change which station the row refers to. The stored language_code 'ru' and country_code 'BY' are both correct and need no change: I checked specifically whether Belarusian features alongside Russian and found no Belarusian-language content, no Belarusian-language strand and no language switcher on the site, and the Belarusian artists on its own playlist today were singing in Russian. |
What we found and did not publish
Material that would have made this page fuller, and was refused. A page with five named presenters looks better than a page with none even when the five are a website theme's demonstration content, and the difference is invisible to a reader. So it is recorded here instead.
| What we could have said | Why we did not |
|---|---|
| An audience figure and a coverage percentage attributed to a named Belarusian media-measurement company | they are the station's own commercial claims quoted in its advertising copy, and I have kept them inside the description as the station's statement rather than presenting them as measured fact.
source |
| A clean now-playing timestamp | three fetches of the playlist page spaced about 45 seconds apart all returned the same most recent entry, so the page is served from a cache and I have listed the tracks without claiming they are live to the second.
source |
| Two differences between the station's own pages | its About page names «Технодзен» among the speech strands while its programmes index does not, and the index carries «Потому что пятница!» and «Рули легко» which the About page omits, so I have listed both sets and flagged that they disagree.
source |
| Extensive personal detail from the presenter biographies, including hobbies, family and ambitions | the field holds names and shows, not biography.
source |
| A reference to the Belarusian state broadcaster that appears in one of the station's own news items | it is the subject of an interview published on the news page rather than a statement of who operates the station, so I have not turned it into an ownership claim.

If you think something here is wrong
Tell us which fact and what you found instead. Everything above names its source and its date, so a disagreement can be settled by looking rather than argued. Where another site disagrees with us, it is usually because it is repeating a radio directory, and occasionally because we got it wrong. We would like to know which.
Read from the station's own material; this page is generated from the
catalogue as it stands now, so it changes when the research does. Research
current as at 2026.
