Description
RMC, short for Radio Monte-Carlo, is a French station built around talk, news and sport rather than music. It launched in 1943 and today runs from studios in Paris and Monte-Carlo, with a schedule of live discussion, rolling news bulletins and heavy sports coverage. The station is almost wholly owned by RMC BFM, part of Altice Media, with the Principality of Monaco holding a token stake, and it sits alongside sister services RMC Gold, BFM Business and BFM Radio.

Contact route
A contact page headed for reacting on RMC that invites listeners onto the air in as many words: a premium-rate telephone number where pressing 1 puts the caller live on air, a premium-rate SMS shortcode, a direct-studio form that sends a message straight into the studio at its own path on the site, the station's Facebook and X accounts, an email address for the station's newsroom, and a Paris postal address. The page sits on the parent group's domain, but its wording and its newsroom address are this station's.

Worth knowing
Its flagship Les Grandes Gueules gives three hours of daily debate to a panel drawn entirely from civil society, a doctor, a livestock farmer, a teacher, a company boss, a civil servant and a lawyer, rather than to staff commentators.

What we corrected
Nothing. This station's entry matched what its own site says, which is worth recording: a clean check is a result, not an absence of one.
What we found and did not publish
Material that would have made this page fuller, and was refused. A page with five named presenters looks better than a page with none even when the five are a website theme's demonstration content, and the difference is invisible to a reader. So it is recorded here instead.
| What we could have said | Why we did not |
|---|---|
| The telephone number, the SMS shortcode, the station newsroom email and the Paris street address | Never copying actual numbers, emails or addresses into this file.
source |
| The same page lists separate newsroom email addresses for two sibling television and business services of the group | Those belong to different services, so only the address the page gives for this station's newsroom was taken.

If you think something here is wrong
Tell us which fact and what you found instead. Everything above names its source and its date, so a disagreement can be settled by looking rather than argued. Where another site disagrees with us, it is usually because it is repeating a radio directory, and occasionally because we got it wrong. We would like to know which.
Read from the station's own material; this page is generated from the
catalogue as it stands now, so it changes when the research does. Research
current as at 2026.
