The operator's own words: the channel "2023-yil boshida tashkil etilgan bo'lib, xorijdagi vatandoshlarimiz, asosan trak haydovchilari uchun mo'ljallangan", with the stated aim of keeping them company on the road, playing the songs they miss, and using interactive programming to let their own lives and views be heard more widely.
