How we checked Voice of Life Radio
Everything published about this station was read from the station's own website or its own stream, and every fact below names the page it came from and the year it was read. We changed 1 thing about this entry. We also found 3 things we could have published and decided not to.

Description
A Christian radio station in Dominica, operating as Voice of Life - ZGBC Radio under the tagline "Proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom". Its own About page describes it as "a full-time 24-hour listener-supported Christian radio station serving our entire community of Dominica and within the Caribbean region" and dates it to 1976, saying it has "stood as a beacon of hope, broadcasting the Gospel to the people of Dominica and the southeastern Caribbean". Its schedule mixes locally presented programmes with bought-in international Christian broadcasts.

English. The station's own About page at voiceofliferadio.dm/about-us/ describes it as 'a full-time 24-hour listener-supported Christian radio station serving our entire community of Dominica and within the Caribbean region', and its programming of 'bible study, preaching and devotions' is in English, as are its own schedule and its Team Members page. The same page states 'We also feature some programming in the French Creole language', which is the Kweyol of Dominica. I checked whether that Creole strand should carry the code instead and concluded it should not: the operator presents English as the language of the service and Creole as some of the programming. If this table ever takes more than one code, Antillean Creole (acf) should be added as the secondary for that strand. |
What we found and did not publish
Material that would have made this page fuller, and was refused. A page with five named presenters looks better than a page with none even when the five are a website theme's demonstration content, and the difference is invisible to a reader. So it is recorded here instead.
| What we could have said | Why we did not |
|---|---|
| The names of the international preachers whose syndicated programmes it carries | they host bought-in broadcasts rather than working for the station, and listing them as its presenters would misstate who is on air for Voice of Life.
source |
| A role for the one Team Members entry that carries a name but no stated role | I record the name as listed and do not infer a job for it.
source |
| A Creole language code for this row | the station states English as its main language and French Creole as some of its programming, so English is recorded and the Creole strand is named rather than promoted to the station's language.

If you think something here is wrong
Tell us which fact and what you found instead. Everything above names its source and its date, so a disagreement can be settled by looking rather than argued. Where another site disagrees with us, it is usually because it is repeating a radio directory, and occasionally because we got it wrong. We would like to know which.
Read from the station's own material; this page is generated from the
catalogue as it stands now, so it changes when the research does. Research
current as at 2026.
