Arun Khanna is an officer of India's intelligence services sent on a dangerous mission to break a terrorist network plotting against the country. Undercover abroad, he slips between identities and works with a brave young agent, Shaheen, while his heart belongs to Reshma, a girl from a Kashmir border village. Anil Sharma followed his blockbuster Gadar with this large-scale spy drama, full of explosions, chases and patriotic fervour, built around Sunny Deol's action image. It is also notable as the first released Hindi film of Priyanka Chopra, the reigning Miss World of 2000, who plays Shaheen. Preity Zinta brings warmth to the romance, and Uttam Singh composed the music.
