Kick (2009)

Kalyan cannot keep any job or plan for long; he needs a 'kick', a thrill, to do anything at all, and once the excitement fades he moves on. That is how he wins Naina and also how he loses her. Some time later Naina is about to marry Kalyan Krishna, an honest police officer who is chasing a clever thief robbing wealthy targets in Malaysia, and the case drags all three of them into a game of chase and deception. Ravi Teja's motor-mouthed energy and comic timing carry the film, with Ileana and Shaam as the two people caught up in his whirlwind and Brahmanandam in a popular comic role. Kick was a major hit and was remade in Tamil as Thillalangadi and in Hindi in 2014 as Kick with Salman Khan.
