Read from the recording's own description, by a program — so it is a reading rather than a record.

Description

A side transferred from a 78rpm disc, from a large collection of American popular music of the 1920s and 1930s. The 78 was the only commercial record format of the period: shellac, about three minutes a side, and played with a steel needle that wore the groove a little every time. What survives of the popular music of those two decades survives mostly because somebody kept the discs and somebody else transferred them. The song is "I May Be Wrong". The title line also carries "Scrappy Lambert", which is read here as the performer. Track 5. The recording date, the label and the matrix number are not in the file name; they would be on the disc itself.
