Surya is an ordinary young man whose sister is about to marry his close friend. When attempts are made on the friend's life, Surya learns that a contract killer has been hired, and he sets out to protect him and to uncover who is behind the plot. The trail leads into a world of medical crime and greed. C/O Surya is the Telugu version of a bilingual directed by Suseenthiran, made simultaneously in Tamil as Nenjil Thunivirundhal, with Sundeep Kishan, Mehreen Pirzada and Vikranth, and songs by D. Imman. It is a lean, grounded thriller about ordinary people caught in violence.
