Alluri (2022)

Alluri is a Telugu police drama starring Sree Vishnu as Alluri Seetharama Raju, a circle inspector named after the revolutionary hero, whose refusal to bend makes him enemies at every posting. The film follows his career through a series of cases, from rural crime to dangerous operations, along with his marriage, presenting him as an ideal of integrity in a compromised system. Sree Vishnu, usually seen in lighter, content-driven roles, took on a tougher action-hero image here. Kayadu Lohar made her Telugu debut as the heroine. It drew a modest response.
