Bobby is a cheerful loser drowning in debt, and he is not alone: an aspiring model, a struggling actor, a frustrated designer and others in Mumbai are all down on their luck. Each of them receives a message claiming that a wealthy tycoon has left them his company. Thrown together as unlikely partners, they discover the business is in trouble and must work out how to save it, and themselves, while rivals and debt collectors circle. Choreographer Ganesh Acharya's second film as director is a light ensemble comedy built around Govinda's comic timing and a large young cast, with Hansika Motwani in one of her early Hindi roles before she moved to Telugu and Tamil films.
