Dushasana (2011)

Dushasana is a 2011 Telugu film written and directed by Posani Krishna Murali, the outspoken writer, actor and director known for socially charged dramas full of blunt dialogue. Srikanth plays the lead, with Sanjjanaa and Tashu Kaushik in the main female roles. The title refers to the Kaurava prince of the Mahabharata who dragged Draupadi into the royal court, a name used in Indian speech for men who abuse women and power. Posani's films typically combine action with sharp commentary on society and politics, and this one is aimed at audiences who enjoy that mix of anger and entertainment.
