Hare Ram follows twin brothers who were raised apart: Ram becomes a decent, cheerful young man, while Hari grows up disturbed and violent, his mind shaped by a troubled childhood. When the police begin to suspect a link between a series of crimes and the brothers, Ram is drawn into an investigation that forces him to face the brother he barely knew. Kalyan Ram plays both twins, with Priyamani and Sindhu Tolani in the female leads, and Mickey J. Meyer composed the music. Directed by Harshavardhan, it was an attempt to give the commercial twin story a darker psychological edge.
