Nenu Local (2017)

Babu has barely scraped through his engineering degree and is in no hurry to grow up, until he meets Keerthi and decides she is the one. Her father is unimpressed and has already settled on Siddharth, an upright and tough police officer, as his future son-in-law. Babu sets out to win both the girl and her family by charm, persistence and whatever trick it takes, setting up a comic rivalry with the cop. Nenu Local ("I'm a local") is a breezy romantic comedy and one of Nani's string of hits in the late 2010s, produced by Dil Raju, with lively songs by Devi Sri Prasad and Keerthy Suresh in an early Telugu role.
