Excuse Me (2003)

Excuse Me (released as Xcuse Me) is the 2003 sequel to N. Chandra's youth comedy Style (2001), which had been a surprise hit. Sharman Joshi and Sahil Khan return as the same pair of carefree, broke friends whose get-rich-quick plans and chasing of girls keep landing them in fresh trouble, played as broad, fast-paced comedy with plenty of songs. N. Chandra, earlier known for hard-hitting dramas such as Ankush and Tezaab, again directs. The sequel did not repeat the success of the first film, but it offers more of the same easy-going fun for viewers who enjoyed Style, and an early look at Sharman Joshi before 3 Idiots made him a household name.
