Valeba Raja (2016)

Valeba Raja (often spelled Vaaliba Raja) is a 2016 Tamil romantic comedy that reunites Santhanam, Sethu and Vishakha Singh, the trio from the hit comedy Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya (2013). Sethu plays a young man trying to win a woman's love, and Santhanam, in his trademark role as the fast-talking friend, both helps and complicates matters, with a counselling angle adding to the confusion. It is a light, dialogue-driven comedy made for fans of Santhanam's quick one-liners rather than for plot.
