Gokula Krishna

Gokula Krishna is a Kannada film directed by B. M. Jayakannan, starring Prajwal Devaraj, son of veteran actor Devaraj, opposite Ananya. In Hindi it circulates as Hukumat and is sold both as a love story and as an action film, which reflects the usual Kannada masala mix: a likeable young hero, a romance that meets resistance, and fights against those who stand in the couple's way. It is a modest commercial entertainer from the middle stretch of Prajwal's career, for viewers who enjoy his boy-next-door romantic action roles.
