Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran (2016)

Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran is a broad Tamil comedy from Ezhil, the director of Desingu Raja. Vishnu Vishal plays a cheerful young man who wants to get ahead in politics by working for a local leader, Soori and Robo Shankar supply much of the comedy as the scheme spins out of control. Romance with Nikki Galrani gives the hero a further reason to keep scheming. It is an unpretentious, dialogue-driven comedy built largely on Soori's comic track.
