Paanch Betiyan (2025)

Paanch Betiyan ("five daughters") is a 2025 Bhojpuri family drama directed by Bablu Gaddi, starring Rupa Mishra and Suraj Samrat. As its title suggests, it centres on a family with five daughters, the pressures of marriage and dowry, and the place of girls in a society that prefers sons, themes that run through many Bhojpuri social dramas made for family audiences. It is not widely documented beyond its credits, so this page keeps to the basics. This page is for the Bhojpuri film.
