Kannan is a homebody who dreams of a village wife, Divya has just been married off to a reserved corporate man, and their cousin is a restless bike racer who never stays still. When all three land in Bangalore within weeks of each other, they share long nights and big plans, but each of them is hiding a disappointment: a marriage that feels empty, a love that ends in heartbreak, and a romance with a radio host the youngest cousin has never met in person. Bangalore Naatkal is the Tamil remake of the hit Malayalam film Bangalore Days (2014), directed by Bhaskar of Bommarillu fame. Parvathy repeats her role from the original, and Rana Daggubati plays the husband with a secret sorrow. Gopi Sundar, who composed the original, also scored the remake.
