Unnatural (2015)

A fashion photographer and his models travel to a remote Alaskan lodge for a winter shoot, guided by a local man who knows the land. What none of them knows is that a nearby research company has been experimenting on polar bears to help them survive a warming climate, and one of its creations has escaped, bigger, smarter and more aggressive than any normal animal. Cut off by snow, the group is picked off one by one, and the survivors have to work out what is hunting them. Unnatural is a modest creature feature with a climate-change twist, shot in Alaska. It has an unusually familiar supporting cast for the genre, with James Remar, Sherilyn Fenn and Ray Wise, the last two both known from Twin Peaks.
