On a flight home, Aishwarya, an heiress to a business empire, and Kathrin, a young woman in love, pass the time describing their boyfriends: Gautham, a rich, charming businessman, and Jai, a struggling young man with a heart of gold. When they land, they discover the two men have the same face. Soon one of the couples is caught up in a disappearance and a corporate conspiracy, and no one can be sure who is the hero and who the villain. This Telugu romantic thriller, released as Gentleman in 2016, gave Nani a double role with a dark edge and introduced Nivetha Thomas to Telugu cinema. It is often praised for its twisty screenplay. (Not to be confused with the 2017 Hindi film A Gentleman.)
