Yagavarayinum Naa Kaakka (2015)

Four young friends in Chennai drift through life without much purpose until a reckless night out leaves them in deep trouble with powerful people. Dragged into a feud involving a dreaded Mumbai gangster, played by Mithun Chakraborty in his Tamil debut, they have to find a way out before the violence consumes them. Yagavarayinum Naa Kaakka, whose title comes from a Thirukkural couplet about guarding one's tongue, was shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu, the Telugu version being Malupu. It was directed by Sathya Prabhas Pinisetty and produced by his father, veteran director Ravi Raja Pinisetty, with his brother Aadhi in the lead.
