Payal (1992)

After her huge debut in Maine Pyar Kiya (1989), Bhagyashree married Himalaya Dasani and chose to act only opposite him, and Payal is one of the handful of films the couple made together in the early 1990s. It is a romantic drama in the family-friendly style of the period, built around the heroine's emotions and songs. The films the pair made together did not repeat the success of her debut, and Bhagyashree soon stepped back from films, which gives these titles some curiosity value for her fans.
