Hanumanthu (2006)

Hanumanthu is a 2006 Telugu action drama directed by Chandra Mahesh, starring Srihari, the 'Real Star' famous for his powerful physique and righteous-hero roles. Veteran actress K. R. Vijaya, a star of 1960s and 1970s south Indian cinema, plays a key role, and Madhu Sharma is the female lead. The title is a form of the name Hanuman, a byword for strength and loyalty, and the film belongs to the run of mid-2000s action vehicles that made Srihari a mass favourite. It is a lesser-known title, and this page keeps to what is reliably known about it.
