Viyabari (2007)

S. J. Suryah plays a hard-driven businessman obsessed with building his fortune, who has no time for his mother, his relationships or anything that does not earn money. His solution is to have a copy of himself made, a double who can take care of the personal side of his life while he chases profit. The arrangement works until the copy starts living that life better than he ever did and the two versions of the man begin to clash. Directed by Shakthi Chidambaram, the film mixes comedy, glamour and family sentiment in the style Suryah was known for as an actor, with Tamannaah, Namitha and Malavika as the women around him. It came early in Tamannaah's Tamil career, before her big hits of the following years.
