The Covenant (2006)

At Spenser Academy in Massachusetts, four friends known as the Sons of Ipswich share a secret: they are descended from colonial families of witches and have inherited supernatural powers, which grow stronger, and more addictive, as they come of age. Caleb, the most responsible of them, is nearing his eighteenth birthday when a charming new student arrives, a student death shakes the campus and dark forces begin to stalk the group. Renny Harlin, director of Die Hard 2 and Cliffhanger, made the film as a stylish teen supernatural thriller. Its young cast included several actors who later became well known, notably Sebastian Stan, Taylor Kitsch and Chace Crawford.
