Veera Parampare (2010)

Veera Parampare ("a heritage of valour") is a Kannada village action drama directed by S. Narayan. Ambareesh plays a respected, hot-blooded elder at the centre of an old rivalry between families, and Sudeep plays the younger man whose fate is tied to his, with Aindrita Ray as the heroine. Pride, honour and a cycle of violence drive the story, which leans on the screen presence of its two stars, from two different generations of Kannada cinema. It circulates in Hindi as Nafrat Ki Aandhi.
