Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya is a 2014 Telugu romantic comedy-drama directed by Trikoti. Naga Shaurya plays a young man who falls in love with a bright, independent girl played by Sana Maqbool. The twist is that his father, played by Ajay, a man who married early and feels he missed his own youth, is also infatuated with her, and neither knows about the other's feelings at first. Indraja plays the mother caught in the middle. The film handles its unusual father-son rivalry with humour and some sentiment. It was produced by Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram, had music by M. M. Keeravani, and was one of Naga Shaurya's early films, released the same year as his breakthrough Oohalu Gusagusalade.
