Chaarfutiya Chhokare (2014)

Neha comes back from America to a village in Bihar wanting to help, and finds that the area is under the thumb of a powerful local strongman who uses poor children as his foot soldiers. Three boys, the 'four-foot kids' of the title, are already caught up in his rackets, and Neha's attempt to save them puts her up against him and the system that protects him. Soha Ali Khan leads the film, with Zakir Hussain, a familiar character actor, as the menacing don. It is a small social drama about child exploitation in rural India.
