Biriyani (2013)

Sugan, a sales executive with a weakness for women, and his loyal friend Parasu are in Ambur on a work trip when, after a night of drinking, they go hunting for the town's famous biryani. A chance meeting with a glamorous woman leads them into a night they barely recall, and by morning a powerful businessman is dead, the police are on their trail and a gang is after them too. Biriyani is a twisty comic thriller in Venkat Prabhu's playful style, full of chases, red herrings and in-jokes. It was Yuvan Shankar Raja's landmark 100th film as composer, and Karthi and Premgi make an easy comic duo.
