555 (2013)

A young man survives a terrible accident in which, he believes, the love of his life was with him. But his brother and his doctors insist that the woman he remembers so vividly never existed and that she is a product of his trauma. Determined to prove that she was real, he begins to search for the truth, and the film turns from a tender love story into a twisting psychological thriller. Directed by Sasi, known for Sollamale and Poo, 555 (also known as Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu) was notable for Bharath's physical transformation, including a sculpted six-pack, and for Simon K. King's music.
