Ever since his schooldays Santosh has been haunted by a single worry: he is sure that he is smaller down there than other men. The anxiety shapes everything, from his visits to doctors and quacks to his dread of marriage, and when his family fixes his match with Amrutha he spends the run-up to the wedding desperately looking for a cure while trying to keep the secret from everyone, including his friends and his bride. Ek Mini Katha is a Telugu comedy that takes a taboo subject and plays it for gentle, embarrassed laughs rather than vulgarity, with a message about body image and honesty between partners. It was written by Merlapaka Gandhi and gave Santosh Shoban one of his best-known roles.
